1. All the parts that come in contact with the soap will be made of AISI 304 quality Stainless Steel.
2. The body is fabricated out of Carbon Steel Angles and completely covered with� Carbon Steel Sheet.
3. Pusher head is fitted along � with Pneumatic Cylinder for perfect parallel movement of the pusher.
4. All the Pneumatic parts, such as double action Cylinder, Solenoid Valve, Tubes and Fittings are
AIRMAX make.
5. Electric control panel is fitted runs on Photo Cell for convenience.
6. Overall size: 1150 mm long x 680 mm width and 750 mm height.
7. Feed Conveyor with 0.25 HP Geared Motor with Nylon Belt.
8. Scrap Conveyor with 0.25 HP Geared Motor with Nylon Belt
9. Out-Put Conveyor with 0.25 HP Geared Motor with Nylon Belt
10. Stainless Steel soap cutting frame with length adjustment of the soap.
11. Exit chute is provided for scrap end of the bar.
12. 2 to 4 kg/cm Compressed air connection should be provided at site.
13. Soap Bar pushing depend upon plodder speed and 8 to 10 cakes cuts at a stroke.
