Titanium Grade 2 flanges have higher flexibility and lower strength when compared to other Titanium alloys. On the other hand, Titanium Gr. 2 Pipe Flanges are slightly stronger than Titanium Grade 1 but equally corrosion resistant against most applications. Titanium Grade 2 Pipe Flanges are often used in surgery and medicine as well as in aerospace, automotive, chemical plant, power generation, oil and gas extraction, sports, and other major industries. These Grade 2 Titanium Flanges are also extensively used to manufacture metal orthopaedic joint replacements and bone plate surgeries. Grade 2 Titanium Pipe Flanges are ideal for products operating in high-corrosion environments, such as aircraft construction or chemical and industrial applications. Ti Gr. 2 Flanges have replaced heavier, less serviceable, or cost-effective materials in most of these and other engineering applications.
