Application:Suitable for sauce making from fresh tomatoesProcess:Raw tomatoes are crushed to form paste. The paste is diluted to 15 –16° Brix by adding soft water. This paste is further mixed into sugar syrup prepared in separate tank. The mixing of sugar syrup concentrates the paste to 50/55° Brix. This mixture is again diluted to 15-16 ° Brix by adding RO water. This mixture is heated in preheater before passing through homogenizer and pasteurizer subsequently. Thus obtained mixture is sent to filling section.Additional Information Delivery Time 3 Month
