Product Details
The Level Switch KPW is designed to detect levels in tanks, for mediaseparation and provide empty-pipe detection or can be used for dry-run protection forpumps. The Process connection for this switch is 1/2" BSP (M)A high frequency sweep signal is radiated from the sensor tip into thetank. The media will act as a virtual capacitor, which together with acoil in the sensor head, will form a circuit creating the switch pointsignal. This virtual capacitance will depend of the di-electric value DK(Di-electrical Constant) of the media.
