Bitumen sprayer machines are known as asphalt distributor and they help in controlled spraying of bitumen on the surface prior to the laying of hot mix asphalt. Whether it is construction of a new road or repair works, these machines form an indispensable part of any road contractor's fleet.Available in the capacities of 4 T, 6 T, 8 T, 10 T and 12 T. These sprayers come with 4.5 m spraying width or with 6 meters spraying width.The drop surface area density is the product of the spray drop surface area and the number of drops per unit volume. The surface area density is very important in evaporation and combustion applications since the local evaporation rate is highly correlated to the surface area density.The correct volume of spray is the sprayer application rate multiplied by the number of acres. Example. You want to spray a 12-acre field and your sprayer applies 20 gallons per acre. Gallons of spray mixture = application rate (gallons per acre) × area to spray (acres)
