Product Details
The Navya Engineers & Equipments company manufactures the Tractor Operated Transit Mixer Model TruMix 3000 to move and pour concrete. It connects to a tractor power take off shaft which provides the force to turn the drum. The drum consists of mild steel that resists pulling forces and it holds three cubic meters of material. It rotates sixteen times every minute to keep the mixture fluid. There is a water tank built into the frame to assist with the process. The machine uses discharge blades that turn on a pivot to direct the wet concrete in any horizontal direction - this design allows the operator to place the material exactly where the construction requires it.
