What is PVC? Polyvinyl, also known as poly vinyl chloride or PVC, is the third most widely produced synthetic plastic. It is a thermoplastic material, which means that it can be reprocessed using heat. This property affords it the capability of being manufactured in a broad range of formats.What are the properties of PVC?
