These high-performance couplings have proven themselves for decades in demanding heavy-duty applications, e.g., in the steel and metal industry, building and construction machinery, material handling, diesel-electric engineering, power generation, mining equipment and special drive technology solutions.

RINGFEDER shaft couplings (formerly TSCHAN) are designed for connecting two shafts in all industries. They are used in many machines, from small precision instruments and machines to heavy drives in conveyor system drives, cranes and other highly stressed drives in the steel, paper, chemical and rubber industries.

Elastomer Jaw Couplings TNM

Vibration damping, rotationally resilient, fail-safe, misalignment compensating: Elastomer Jaw Couplings of the RINGFEDER® TNM series – previously TSCHAN® TNM and NOR-MEX® – set standards worldwide in terms of flexibility, cost-effectiveness and performance. The axially pluggable RINGFEDER® Elastomer Couplings of the TNM series can be used in a temperature range from -30 °C to +100 °C as well as in any installation position and direction of rotation.

The enormously powerful and resilient Elastomer Jaw Couplings of the RINGFEDER® TNS series – formerly known as TSCHAN® TNS – are the preferred choice of leading plant manufacturers and operators, especially in the field of highly demanding heavy-duty applications. These torsionally flexible and fail-safe quality couplings are optimally used e.g., as drive components in a wide variety of construction and building machinery as well as in steel, mining and cement plant technology, but also as connecting elements in overhead, container and casting cranes. 

Elastomer Jaw Couplings TNB

High-strength Elastomer Jaw Couplings of the proven RINGFEDER® TNB series – once TSCHAN® TNB – convince globally in the most demanding heavy-duty applications by superior durability and functionality – for maximum operational reliability of the machines and plants of their users. The puncture-proof and torsionally flexible couplings effectively compensate for axial, radial and angular shaft misalignment and prove to be extremely robust against even the most adverse environmental conditions such as extreme temperatures or heavy dirt and dust creation. Accordingly, they are preferably used in steel, rolling mill and cement plants, in mining and construction machinery, e.g., bucket wheel excavators, shredder facilities and tunnel boring machines, as well as in offshore technology.

Gear Couplings TNZ

Torsionally rigid and low-backlash gear couplings of the RINGFEDER® TNZ series – former TSCHAN® TNZ and POSIFLEX® – are made of high-strength steel and are proving themselves worldwide in all industrial sectors where extraordinarily high torques must be transmitted from shaft to shaft. These include particularly heavy-duty applications, e.g., in the direct drive of conveyor systems, mixers, rolling mills or roller tables.
