TSR profiles are manufactured out of :
• 55% Aluminium, 43% Zinc & 1.5% Silicon, high strength steel grade with strength of 300/550 Mpa.
The coated steel is available as Aluzinc / Galvanometer / Calumet steel (AZ 150g/m2) as per AS-1397/ASMT792
• Pre painted Galvanometer / Zincalume sheet with RMP/SMP XRW color bond PVDF / Flouro Polymer etc. coating system. Coated / Undercoated Galvanized steel sheet (hot dipped Zinc coated) in a coating mass range of minimum 120-275 gms/m2 as per IS 277 & 240 Mpa tensile strength. Pre-painted Aluminum Sheet with Alloy 3105/3004/3005 with polyester / PVDF coating.
