Product Details
This particular machine is used for copper or aluminum tubing and can cut and straighten to a pre-determined length. Also, this particular model can be installed with an optional Tube End Resizing System, this would provide a way to resize one or both ends of the cut tube.The rolls grip the tube and rotate it while feeding it through the machine until the entire length has been straightened. While passing through the machine, the tube is subjected to two specific straightening forces: pressure straightening and bend (or offset) straightening.Tube bending is a mechanical process used to deform tubes using a bending process that transforms straight tubes into curved shapes. Although straight tubes are beneficial for certain applications, in many cases, to meet specific requirements, tubes need to be bent, shaped, and stressed.
