LABORATORY PULPING UNIT (AIR BATH) Lab Pulping Air Bath unit is suitable for production of chemical pulp. It is provided with six autoclaves of capacity 2.5 liters each, suitable for 300/350 gm bone-dry samples rotate in forced hot air with precise temperature control to monitor cooking behavior of different raw materials. Microprocessor based temperature indicator cum controller with facility of more detailed pre-programming to control the boiling sequence.The unit is easy to operate and boiling parameter precisely controlled to insure good repeatability.The autoclaves can be quickly cooled by using water spray on it after completion of cooking cycle.Temperature range up to-200°C.
