The Falcon-SM produces a quality, efficient and consistent ultrasonic seam weld of aluminium and/or copper. It is customized to meet customers' requirements. It's ideal to weld solar panels.The Falcon-SM delivers all the advantages of ultrasonic welding. It joins similar and dissimilar nonferrous metals, copper, aluminium, nickel, brass, gold, silver and more, in strong, lasting, metallurgic welds. The bonds are typically stronger than soldered- or resistance-welded joints, are high in conductivity, and do not oxidize. Ultrasonic welding lowers production cost and is environmentally friendly because there's no need for consumables, such as solder, flux and crimps, and there's a low energy requirement.
