It's a single-component, polymer-enriched, non-shrink, non-expanding grout designed for heavy-duty structural grouting rather than light tile-joint filling. 🛠️ Where & How It's Used Powergrout NS1 is typically used for structural and industrial-grade applications, e.g.: Grouting under base plates of machines, heavy equipment foundations, bearing plates, columns, precast concrete elements. Anchoring bolts, dowel rods, heavy railings, or precast beams where load transfer and stability are critical. Repair works on concrete surfaces, potholes, structural void-filling, and other critical structural maintenance tasks. 🔧 Key Features & Benefits High compressive strength — design strength up to ~ 95–100 MPa at 28 days. Non-shrink and non-expanding — ensures dimensional stability after setting, critical in structural grouting to avoid cracks or settling. Self-compacting / flowable grout — flows easily into gaps and voids without need for vibration.Single-component (ready-mix) — just add water (≈ 16.5–17 % by weight) and mix; simpler than multi-part epoxies. Mixing: use mechanical mixer; mix thoroughly to lump-free consistency; let stand ~2 min, remix before pouring. Do not over-water to extend pot life — extra water will reduce strength & bonding. It is self-compacting: no vibration needed; using mechanical vibrators may reduce performance. For external conditions or harsh environment: proper curing (water curing for 3 days) may be needed depending on site.
