91 000 74051 TileFixo Rapid is a two-component, epoxy-based tile adhesive in the overall TileFixo line. According to its spec sheet, it complies with standards: IS 15477-2019 (Type 5TS2) and EN 12004 / ISO 13007-1 (R2T) for tile adhesives. It is built for high performance and high strength bonding, suitable for a wide variety of tiles/stones and many different substrates.or �� What It's Used F TileFixo Rapid is versatile in terms of tile types and surfaces: Suitable for all types of tiles and natural stones — ceramic, vitrified, porcelain, stone, glass-based tiles, etc. Can be used on floors, walls, ceilings, vertical surfaces, overhead surfaces, not only traditional cement-based substrates. Substrate range is broader than cement-only adhesives — works on cementitious surfaces, metals, wood/plywood, existing tiles or stones, drywall, PU/epoxy surfaces, etc. Suitable for both interior and approved exterior applications. Because of this flexibility, TileFixo Rapid is often chosen when you need a strong, reliable bond on non-standard surfaces (like wood, metal, old tiles), or when you want quick setting / fast installation (for vertical, overhead or difficult-to-handle surfaces). �� Key Features & Benefits Epoxy-based, two-component system — gives much stronger adhesion than standard cement-based adhesives. High bond strength — suitable for heavy tiles and natural stones, even on challenging substrates (metal, old tiles, wood, plasterboard, etc.). Quick-setting / rapid bonding — because of epoxy chemistry and two-component design, ideal for jobs where you want tiles fixed quickly or need early load-bearing. Slip-resistant and non-sag — good for vertical or overhead tiling where you don't want tiles to slide before adhesive cures. Wide substrate compatibility — unlike traditional adhesives limited to cement/plaster/concrete, this works on many substrate types (wood, metal, drywall, existing tiles, etc.). Versatile tile compatibility — from ceramic/vitrified/porcelain to stone and even glass mosaic, giving flexibility in material choice. �� Where & How to Use It (Ideal Situations) Use TileFixo Rapid when: You are tiling on non-cement substrates — e.g. wood/plywood floors, metal surfaces, existing tiles, drywall, PU/epoxy floors, etc. You have heavy tiles, natural stone slabs, or irregular or large tiles where strong bond and good adhesion is critical. The application is vertical or overhead (like wall tiling, tiling on ceiling, or vertical cladding) — the non-sag and slip-resistant property helps. You want fast setting / quick tile-fixing — useful in projects where time is constrained or multiple trades need to follow soon after tiling. You need reliable adhesion in interior or approved exterior zones (as per the product guidance). ⚠️ What to Keep in Mind / Limitations Since TileFixo Rapid is two-component and epoxy-based, application needs care — proper mixing of the two components is required. Simply mixing with water as in cement-based adhesives won't work. For floor areas, full thin-bed application is mandatory — cannot be used like a thick-bed mortar.
