Process :
UPM 24 Hrs Composter, is a fully automatic COMPOSTER which converts
any kind of organic waste into compost in 24 Hrs.
Technology of 24 Hrs Composter is very simple. Operation of the composter is
fully automatic. You just add any kind of organic waste into composter through
waste input door. Humidity Sensor sensed humidity from the organic waste
and machine starts operating. Mixing blades starts rotating clockwise as well as
anti clockwise. Then heating system On and the SS composting tank gets
heated due to this inside temperature increases & water content from the
organic waste is evaporated and goes out through drainage system. Due to this
we achieve approximately 60-70 % volume reduction. Then special
microorganism starts decomposing balance organic waste, due to this we again
achieve approximately 10-15 % volume reduction, so we achieve
approximately 70-85 %. Organic manure which is generated from the
composter is in dry & powder form.
