Equipped with PLC control, digital temperature control, and pneumatic clamping for consistent weld quality on every frame regardless of operator skill level. 3. UPVC Corner Cleaning Machine Removes excess weld flash from all four corners of the welded UPVC frame — producing a smooth, clean, factory-finish corner joint. Available in manual and CNC automatic versions. The CNC version cleans all four corners automatically — ideal for high-volume production plants demanding consistently flawless finish on every frame. 4. Portable Copy Router Machine for UPVC — With Bosch Router Mills and drills lock holes, key holes, water drainage slots, handle grooves, hinge slots, espagnolette holes, and pulley holes in UPVC profiles. Powered by genuine Bosch GOF 130 Router Motor — 1300W, 28,000 RPM — delivering clean, burr-free, and accurate cuts.
