Used for applying a uniform lamination of PVC, decorative papers and veneer till 0.4 mm on top surface and borders on flat & designed work piece having smooth shape. Vacuum wrapping technology having single table. Lamination of PVC foil on one side of MDF, particle board & solid wood.The most common use for vacuum presses in the woodshop is to adhere wood veneers or laminates to a substrate, usually plywood. Rather than building a complex mechanical clamp that uses curved cauls to apply pressure to the center of a glue-up, a vacuum press just requires that the assembly be inserted in the bag.Membrane Pressing is the process by which a 3D Laminate is bonded to a composite wood substrate using adhesives during a heated thermoforming process. The process enables components to be made with contoured surface profiles and seamless edges, eliminating the need for edge banding and special edge treatments.
