The Vertical Automatic Dyeing Jigger, Capacity: 500 KG, is designed for efficient and high-performance dyeing operations in textile industries. In the textile industry, the Vertical Automatic Dyeing Jigger functions as a tool for the application of color to materials. It is composed of stainless steel which does not rust and remains functional over many years. There is a system in the machine that operates without human control to increase the amount of work completed and lower the need for people to operate it. For large industrial tasks, the machine is capable of holding 500 KG of material at one time. By using a vertical orientation, the machine occupies a small amount of floor area plus makes the color of the fabric stay the same throughout the batch. It is powered by a 3-phase electrical connection and uses 7.5 kW of energy to maintain an even rate of work. And because it is manufactured in India, it is available for purchase in a brand new state or as a previously used unit to meet different commercial needs.
