Perfect for application in the food, medical, and cosmetic industries.Band Sealers (often called Belt Sealers) are ideal for high volume packaging and sealing thermoplastic materials like polyethylene, plastic-lined, foil and gusseted bags of almost any size or length. Operating speeds can be set lower or higher without wear to the sealer.What is the difference between a horizontal and vertical band sealer? In a vertical band sealer, bags or pouches are standing upright as they move through the continuous heat sealer elements. In a horizontal band sealer, the bags or pouches are laying down on the conveyor as they move through the sealer.
