Band Sealers are ideal for high volume packaging and sealing thermoplastic materials like polyethylene, plastic-lined, foil and gusseted bags of almost any size or length. Operating speeds can be set lower or higher without wear to the sealer.Sealing machines are used to seal containers with liquids, granules, powders and sprays for consumer, bulk, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) supply shipments. Packaging materials include aerosol containers, bags and pouches, blister packs, bottles and jars, as well as cartons and boxes.A heat sealing machine is a type of sealer which uses heat as a medium of sealing materials. It works by generating a high current impulse to the heater ribbon on surface of the device. This produces a wave of heat strong enough to melt and seal up the bag or sheet pressed between the sealing bars.
