The Vertical Plastic Injection Moulding Machine HK1.5T150 offers a solid solution for exact plastic molding tasks. A clamping force of 55 tons lets this machine process various mold sizes plus types. The 3.0 KW barrel heating power keeps ideal temperatures as well as steady material flow in the injection process. This model has a 35 mm screw diameter which helps effective material processing plus injection. A pressure of 1500 kg/cm² lets the machine inject materials with great precision at speeds up to 0-250 mm. The max shot weight reaches 150 grams which fits small or medium parts. The machine spans 1600 mm x 655 mm x 2710 mm along with a weight of about 10,360 kg to create a really stable work base. A 90-liter oil tank also a 19 liters/min hydraulic pump output provide smooth operations. A single person runs this user-friendly machine which cuts labor expenses. The 15 kg material hopper holds enough supplies during production. Three temp heating elements create even heat across the injection barrel.
