A Vibro Sifter, also referred to as a Vibratory Sieve or Vibrating Screen, is employed in the food and pharmaceutical industries for grading, screening, and separation of powders or granules. It provides consistent particle size distribution, eliminates contaminants, and improves food and pharmaceutical processing product quality.

1. Construction Material

Stainless Steel (SS 316L for contact components, SS 304 for non-contact components) – provides GMP & FDA compliance.

Mirror or Matte Finish – avoids contamination and easy cleaning.

Silicone or PTFE Gaskets – provides airtight sealing to avoid cross-contamination.

2. Sieve & Screen Assembly

Multi-Deck Configuration: Single, double, or triple deck for varying screening levels.
