High Gradient Roll Separators , Induced Magnetic Roll Separator, Single And Double Roller Magnetic Separator, Laboratory Rare Earth Roll Magnetic Separator, induced roll separator, Induced Magnetic Roll Separator, High Gradient Permanent Magnetic Roller Seperators,permanent magnet roller type magnetic separator offered can be made available by us in different finish configuration options and find extensive use in achieving continuous extraction of small magnetic particles from certain minerals.
Features:
- It allows for superior separation of magnetic material being fed from hopper vibrator feeder at controlled rate comes with brush support for removing attached magnetic material from the roll face at the point of lower magnetic intensity made available at competitive prices.
- The machine incorporates high energy rare earth neodymium permanent magnetic roll assembly which is manufactured and assembled under proprietary specifications to generate unsurpassed magnetic field gradients.
- Under this high-intensity magnetic field, weakly magnetic contaminants can be easily removed efficiently. The magnetic rolls can be structured to treat particle sizes ranging from 200 mesh up to 50 mm.
