The Viscous Liquid Filling Machine fills 15 - 20 pouches every minute and gives the same result every time - it suits a medium sized food or drug plant. Every part that touches the product uses high grade stainless steel - the metal resists rust, cleans fast plus lasts for years. It handles thick fluids like pastes, creams and sauces without risk of contamination. A single phase 220 V motor drives the unit but also draws little power, which keeps running costs low. The machine fills each pouch to the mark and leaves almost no product in the pump or hose - waste stays minimal. The frame is heavy enough to run non stop on automated chapati, sauce or condiment lines. Operation is semi automatic - the worker places the pouch as well as the machine does the rest.
