Volute Dewatering Screw Press is designed to apply three functions into one unit, in which the three zones are conditioning zone, dewatering zone, and thickening zone. It is a sludge dewatering equipment able to run continuously and automatically perform sludge dewatering up to 75% to 85% of moisture content.Sludge dewatering is the practice of minimizing waste by volume to prepare for its effective disposal. Sludge originates during the process of treating wastewater before the water can be released back into the environment.
