The Vortex Flow Meter is a high-precision instrument designed for reliable flow measurement of steam, gases, and liquids in demanding industrial applications. Utilizing the vortex shedding (Kármán vortex street) principle, the device measures flow by detecting vortices generated by a bluff body placed in the fluid stream. The vortex frequency is directly proportional to fluid velocity, ensuring accurate, repeatable, and stable readings.
Engineered for high temperature and high pressure environments, this industrial vortex flow meter offers long-term measurement stability, negligible drift, and minimal maintenance due to its no moving parts design. The robust SS304 / SS316 construction ensures durability and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for harsh process conditions.
