Water Pouch Packing Machine or Water Packet Packing Pouch Machine or Mineral water packing or drinking water packing as the name implies is fully automatic packaging equipment designed for packing liquid in flexible LDPE food grade packaging material in roll form.Otherwise known as pouch filling or pouch packing machines, this packaging equipment type fills remade pouches with product and then seals them shut. Pouch fill and seal machines come in two main varieties: Rotary and inline.Those two machines are synced electronically, so that as soon as the bag is ready, the product is dropped in automatically. Once the product has dropped into the bag, the top is sealed. The sealing jaws press the 2 parts of the overlapping material and weld them, often with heating, to create a side or centre seal.Heat sealing machines melt plastic film or adhesive together to seal a package. In addition, some sealers also have shrink wrapping capabilities, vacuuming air from the package before sealing to ensure a tight fit.
