Product Details
The Hybridization Incubator from WEIBER is an ideal laboratory instrument for hybridization of transfer membranes used in Southern and Northern blotting techniques. This scientific equipment has been designed to create the ideal laboratory condition suitable for nucleic acid and protein hybridizations. It is ideal for sterile laboratory testing and where the integrity of the sample must be preserved while heating it to the exact temperature for the right period of time. These simple and versatile instruments are found in applications including nucleic acid hybridizations such as Northern (RNA) blots/hybridizations, Southern (DNA) blots/hybridizations, Western (Protein) blots, and molecular biology assays.It also eliminates the need of water baths and heat sealers.
It is equipped with microprocessor which allows precise selection of temperature control. Advanced ventilation design technology used in incubator maintains temperature uniformity and accuracy within �0.5�C.
