E9018-B3 Welding Electrodes are low-hydrogen, iron powder-coated electrodes designed for high-temperature, creep-resistant applications. Ideal for welding 2.25% Cr - 1% Mo alloy steels, these electrodes provide excellent mechanical strength and crack resistance, especially in pressure vessels, boilers, heat exchangers, and refinery piping. High-temperature resistance up to 600°C Smooth arc, low spatter & easy slag removal Superior weld bead appearance and mechanical properties Meets ASME/AWS A5.5 E9018-B3 standards Widely used in power plants, petrochemicals, refineries, and thermal applications where high-strength and heat-resistant joints are critical.
