Product Details
The High Pressure Sanitary Clamp is made up of individual clamp segments that are bolted together in place. This clamp configuration is ideally fit for permanent or semi-permanent installations that do not need regular disassembly and maintenance. Furthermore, high-pressure clamps are ideal in conditions where the fluid exerts high pressures and varies the temperature on the tubing. Sanitary, gasketed, and clamped connections are provided by stainless steel tri clamp fittings. Although there are TC to thread adapter fittings available, the key advantage of utilising this type fitting is that it is threadless, making it very convenient to keep clean and sanitary. Stainless steel sanitary clamps, also known as hygienic clamps, are clamping mechanisms used to seal two ferrules together in a way that follows regulatory agencies' high hygienic requirements. These fittings, which are often easy to add, provide safe links between your equipment without creating places that can harbour bacteria. Heating, Water Supply Systems, Oil and Gas Pipeline, General Purpose Applications, and the Food Processing Industry all use Stainless Steel TC Clamps.
