By using this method, the operators maintain the quality of the fish for a duration of three years if they keep the storage conditions correct. As the manufacturing occurs in India, the design functions consistently for the requirements of fish freezing facilities. With the integrated blast freezing system, the equipment reduces the internal temperature of the products quickly. For the transport but also handling of the goods, the system uses boxes made of expanded polystyrene to provide insulation and physical protection. On the exterior the surfaces have a white color so that the equipment looks clean in a food production area.
