It also possesses high abrasion resistance & low coefficient of friction. It can be machined to a high degree of precision. It has excellent non-sticking & self-lubricating properties along with high tensile strength. Its excellent sliding properties and abrasion/wear resistance is due to very low coefficient of friction. Applications: Bearings, sprockets, gaskets, valve seats, conveyor belt parts, chute linings, dock bumpers, paper machine parts, and chemical storage tanks.
