An oil extraction machine, also called an oil press or expeller, uses high pressure and heat to “squeeze” the oils out of a plant product. Those products including seeds, nuts, vegetables, fruits and leafy plants release their oils through this mechanical process, which is often done without adding any chemicals.The machine uses friction and continuous pressure from the screw drive to move and compress the seed material. The oil seeps through small openings that do not allow seed fiber solids to pass. Afterward, the seeds are formed into a hardened press cake, which is removed from the machine.In most cases, small cooking oil production machine has seeds sheller, cooker or steaming machine, screw oil press machine, oil filter machine, and/or mini oil refinery line. And, the cost to set up a small scale oil production line for cooking oil is also based on the detailed capacity and equipment medels.It includes screw shaft, pressing ring, pressing bar, pressing cage, bearings and more. A complete oil press machine have many spare parts, but those are easily damaged.
