The YAG Laser Welding Machine is built for high precision welding - it offers good stability and an acceptable level of usefulness. A 200W laser plus a pulse frequency from 0.1 - 200 Hz provide exact welds. With a 2D and 3D rotating table, it handles difficult jobs without trouble. The table moves in a full circle. For fine welding, the machine gives a welding depth up to 2.5 mm and a very small pool size of 0.1 mm. The machine shows high accuracy, because its positioning precision is ±0.01 mm but also its laser power stability is ±2 %. DLT constructs the machine, which has water cooling and small sizes. It performs well for industrial use.
