Design:

• Amply proportioned end carriages from rolled sections, rolled sections with cover plates or fabricated box girder.
• Main girder further stiffened with auxiliary girder if fabricated from rolled section end-tied to end carriages, restricting the equivalent length & compressive stresses.
• Well proportioned rotating fixed axle tram wheels / ''L'' type wheels on SGEOT cranes.
• Rope drum fabricated from IS -226/ seamless pipes, to ASTM A - 106 Grade B stress relieved & long seams 100% radiographed.

Painting:

• All exposed parts primed with anti-rust solution with red oxide primer and finished with enamel paint to customer''s colour scheme.

Bridge Drive:

• Single / Twin drive with squirrel cage/ slipring induction motors through totally enclosed, oil immersed, helical gearboxes in case of SGEOT cranes.
• Twin drive through "Unique" conical rotor type squirrel cage induction geared motors with built-in fail safe brakes in case of SGEOT cranes.
• All single drive units, provided with amply proportioned line shafting with geared couplings, supported on self aligning bearings, housed in plummer blocks.

Motors:

• "Unique" conical rotor type squirrel cage induction hoisting motors with built-in brakes for hoisting, cross travel and long travel motions.

Brake:

• Built-in electro mechanical / EHT / Disc brakes for hoisting, cross travel and long travel motions.

Crane Control:

• From floor through pendant push buttons, oneratinn at 110/24V.
• Electrical switchgears mounted inside a dust proof control panel with suitable access for maintenance.

Power Supply System:

• To hoist & cross travel through trailing cables.
• To crane through trailing cable / shrouded conductors as per customer''s choice.
