It helps remove sludge, carbon deposits, oxidized residues, and contaminants from pipelines, heat exchangers, and coils—ensuring maximum thermal efficiency and extended equipment life. Formulated with premium base oils and advanced detergent additives, it offers excellent solvency power and system compatibility. Z Premium Heat Transfer Flushing Fluid minimizes downtime, improves heat transfer efficiency, and prevents degradation of new oil after refill. Fill the system with Z Premium Heat Transfer Flushing Fluid up to operating level. Circulate at normal operating temperature for 8–24 hours, depending on contamination level. Drain completely and refill with Z Premium Heat Transfer Oil (Fresh Grade) for optimal performance.
