Z PREMIUM Industrial Gear Oil is a high performance industrial lubricant formulated in compliance with IS 8406 standards. It is specially designed for use in enclosed industrial gear systems operating under heavy loads, high torque, and severe operating conditions. This gear oil provides excellent lubrication, wear protection, and long service life for industrial machinery. Manufactured using high quality base oils and advanced additive technology, Z PREMIUM Industrial Gear Oil offers superior load carrying capacity and outstanding resistance to scuffing, pitting, and gear tooth wear. It ensures smooth gear operation, reduces frictional losses, and helps in lowering maintenance costs. This industrial gear oil has excellent thermal and oxidation stability, preventing sludge and varnish formation even during extended oil drain intervals. Its effective rust and corrosion protection safeguards gears, bearings, and internal components from moisture and environmental damage. Z PREMIUM Industrial Gear Oil as per IS 8406 is suitable for spur gears, helical gears, bevel gears, and worm gear drives used in heavy duty industrial applications.
