Manual Zinc Electroplating Plant - 5000 L, PP is a machine that uses three phases and barrels to apply zinc coatings to parts for cars. It is constructed from polypropylene which does not break down when it touches chemicals. The main tank holds 5 000 liters of liquid. There are heaters that run on electricity to warm the solution. Operators move the components by hand to control each step of the process. And the frame of the machine has a layer of paint to prevent the metal from rusting during heavy use in a factory. Under those conditions, the system remains functional for long periods. With this design the plant allows for specific adjustments to the plating work.
