Very disappointing experience with Insight Print Communications Pvt. Ltd. Purchased an HP Latex printer, but the machine has had continuous issues and remained unusable for months. Despite repeated follow-ups, engineer visits, and assurances from management, the problems remain unresolved. Communication has been poor, and no satisfactory solution or refund has been provided..
