Blue Enterprises Products Review
i want to share my very disappointing experience with Blue Enterprises. I ordered 4 color printer toner, and toner chips, and made full payment in advance. Unfortunately, I only received the toner, which was not compatible with my required printer model. The chip was never shipped. The response from this Blue company has been extremely poor — very slow and unhelpful. I tried to contact them several times, but they didn’t take my issue seriously.. After a long wait, I received only the chip payment refund, not for the wrong toner. The toner quality is very poor, and their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They do not listen to customers or take responsibility for their mistakes. My honest advice: Do not purchase anything from this seller. Their products are unreliable, and their service is unprofessional.
