Ltd. are pioneers in India for using HDPE cubes to make floating jetties by interlinking them. These floating platforms have multiple uses. The major use is to make floating jetties on which people can walk and enter boats parked alongside. The second use of these cubes is to make floating platforms which are covered with a lightweight roof or enclosed to make a floating restaurant or a party pad. Inco Mechel P.Ltd. used its technical powers expertise and knowledge of floating docks to solve a problem posed by the Jhabua Power Limited (JPL), a subsidiary of Avantha Power & Infrastructure Limited, (Crompton Greaves Group) a power generation company at Seoni in Madhya Pradesh.                 . The site for the Dam Intake well was situated on the back waters of the Bargi Dam and was accessible through dry land of the receded back waters of the Dam for more than 11 months of the year. However this time it was different. Excessive rainfall caused the level of water to rise drowning all land leading to the site- thus cutting off logistics to the site. Each Day of delay was costing Jhabua 5 million Indian rupees. Unfortunately with more rains this time, the level of the water just kept rising and showed no sign of receding even after 2 months. Jhabua could take it no longer- A special team was appointed directly under the CEO to work out a methodology to resume work at site. The team thought of everything including cutting a road around the dam, making a coffer dam and bringing in a barge. Jhabua wanted something quick….immediately, urgently. Inco Mechel was called………  Inco analysed their problem and proposed a floating transportation solution giving birth to a new product : the MTS 40.  AN INNOVATIVE PRODUCT THE MTS 40 is a low draft, corrosion-resistant steel envelope covering HDPE floating cubes with an anti-skid aluminium Flooring. It is powered by a 40 HP 2 stroke engine and equipped with electrical steering.  Over past 5 years, Inco has undertaken several floating dock projects all over the country. Thanks to the needs of our customer, Inco is now also offering a new product – a unique transportation system – the MTS40.  The MTS 40 can carry loads upto 4 tons in one feet water. It is a very safe watercraft and may be used for pleasure boating if speed is not an issue. Within a span of 21 days the product was manufactured, transported and installed at site. With amazing co-ordination between the sales team, purchase,and logistics the manufacturing team of Inco Mechel resolved the Jabhua constraint within record time. And construction began at the dam water intake site immediately there after. During its most challenging time – Inco is proud to have stood with Jhabua in solving one of its major hurdles of transportation through an innovation.
