JITEX Wood Wool Board have Excellent acoustic Treatment Properties.JITEX Wood Wool Boards is made out of Pine wood fibers, stabilized by chemical impregnation and bound by cement binding agent into a compact coherent structure. The mineralisation process strongly increases the fire resistance of wood wool. Jitex Wood Wool Acoustic Board has a very High NRC of 0.90 and these Acoustic Boards can be extensively used in Theaters, Home Theaters, Auditoriums and Recording studios for eliminating any form of noise and reverberation present in the room. JITEX Wood Wool Acoustic Board are very strong and rigid. Apart from having a high NRC, their thermal conductivity properties is higher than other insulation material between 0.070 and 0.100 W/mK compared with Fiber glass wool insulation, Mineral Rock wool insulation and Polyester wadding. Apart from this Jitex wood wool boards offer better properties than basic dry wall systems in terms of thermal, heat and Noise insulation. They provide a high degree of sound insulation when compared to Gypsum board partitions. Lastly, when compared to other insulation materials, the resistance against fire can reach up to two hundred forty minutes depending on the product's thickness and setup.
