Service Details
Details: Prefabricated insulated wall panels will be mounted to the noisy room wall with acoustical doors and louvers. It can be used when it is necessary to suppress noise pollution from machinery. Most of our acoustical wall panels, doors and louvers are completed at our factory and are installed in the customer place. Site evaluations are carried out to determine the type of insulation required. Equipment such as presses, foundry shake-out machines, nail making machines, and granulators require an inlet and outlet for entry and exit of the product. These openings need attenuation to minimize noise emission. Fans emitting considerable noise through the casing will also need to be enclosed and therefore penetrations will need to be provided for the air inlet and outlet. A small ventilation fan may be needed to remove the electric motor heat. Available wall thikness from 100 to 300 mm.
