Description:- PP Fiber is a 100 % polypropylene fibers which is a micro reinforcement that does not contain any reprocessed olefin material. This is specially designed to be made for use with all types of cementious mixtures. Using PP fibers in the cement mix or concrete mixtures will help the reduction of shrinkage cracks and will also act as an alternative to traditional crack steel mesh controllers. Applications:- PP fibers are specifically made for the below applications. Composite decks Stamped concrete Water tanks Pavements Renders Shotcrete Slab on grade Precast concrete Advantages:- Inhibiting and controlling the formation of cracks on concrete. It is rust-free You can have it in various lengths eg-6 mm, 12 mm, and 20 mm Stamped concrete and concrete 3 and 6 mm can be used for plastering and mortars. It is compatible with all types of cementious and concrete mixes. It minimizes plastic shrinkage and settlement cracking.
