An Ultra Low Temperature (ULT) Chest Freezer is a standard piece of hardware in research laboratories, medical research institutions, and hospitals. ULT freezers are specifically designed to maintain low temperatures of ranges common in the range of -10°C to -86°C, and that is exactly what makes them ideal for maintaining biological samples, chemicals, and other delicate constituents. ULT Chest Freezers are built using 304-grade stainless steel for the inner chamber and epoxy-coated mild steel for the exterior chamber. Other important features are of sophisticated cooling through precise microprocessor controllers, LED temperature displays, stable yet uniform cooling, and insulation thicknesses around 100mm to 150mm maintain adequate low temperatures.
