With a 10 HP motor (motor price extra as per brand like Crompton or other make), it delivers up to 100 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) with approx. 7.5 kWh power consumption—ideal for medium-to-high production requirements. For long working life and stability, the machine is built on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure that reduces vibration during continuous operation, combined with a durable SS202 cabinet/body structure designed for hygienic flour handling. The grinding assembly uses an Aluminium + Stainless Steel grinding mechanism paired with a Stainless Steel Balanced Beater, supporting smoother milling action, uniform output, and consistent performance across multiple grains. To control flour texture, MSH10DPSS comes with a 6-screen set and all accessories, enabling fineness adjustment based on customer demand. The machine also includes a 2-step hopper mechanism to regulate feed rate—helping prevent overload, stabilize current draw, and improve consistency during continuous grinding. For safety and monitoring, it is equipped with an Auto ON/OFF mechanism and supplied with an AMP meter & optimal cable setup to track load conditions and support efficient operation. Installation is simplified because no foundation is required, making it easier to set up in a shop or production space. As per MSHD series configuration, it uses a double belt & pulley mechanism designed for stable power transmission under commercial load conditions, supported by an oil tank for smoother extended running.
