Mill Power SSH10D (10 HP) Atta Chakki Machine for Small Business is a commercial-grade flour grinding machine designed for high production, stable running, and consistent fineness. SSH10D operates on 415V, 50Hz, Three Phase, ensuring strong torque and smooth performance under heavy load. With a 10 HP motor (motor price extra as per brand like Crompton or other make), it delivers up to 100 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) with approx. 7.5 kWh power consumption. The machine is built on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure for rigidity and vibration control, and uses a durable SS202 cabinet/body structure suitable for hygienic flour environments. For consistent grinding quality, SSH10D features an Aluminium + Stainless Steel grinding mechanism combined with a Stainless Steel Balanced Beater, supporting smoother milling and uniform output. Fineness can be adjusted using the included 6-screen set with all accessories, helping operators match different customer requirements for atta and multi-grain flour. To control feed rate and reduce overload during continuous operation, the machine includes a 2-step hopper mechanism, which helps stabilize current draw and improve flour uniformity. For safe operation and monitoring, it comes with an Auto ON/OFF mechanism plus an AMP meter & optimal cable setup. Installation is simple because no foundation is required, making it easy to set up in shops or small production spaces. As per SSHD series design, SSH10D is configured with no belt or pulley mechanism, reducing wear-and-tear and lowering routine maintenance.
