Mill Power SSH10D (10 HP) Atta Chakki Machine for Small Business is a commercial-grade flour grinding machine built for high-volume production, stable running, and consistent fineness. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), it is ideal for mini flour mills, grain shops, local atta points, institutional kitchens, and small food processing units where continuous output and low maintenance are essential. The SSH10D operates on 415V, 50Hz, Three Phase, ensuring strong torque and steady performance under heavy load. With a 10 HP motor (motor price extra as per brand like Crompton or other make), it delivers up to 100 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) with approx. 7.5 kWh power consumption. The machine is built on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure for rigidity and vibration control, and features a durable SS202 cabinet/body structure suited for hygienic flour environments. For consistent grinding quality, SSH10D uses an Aluminium + Stainless Steel grinding mechanism combined with a Stainless Steel Balanced Beater, supporting smoother milling and uniform output. Fineness control is provided through the included 6-screen set with all accessories, allowing the operator to adjust flour texture as per customer demand. To maintain stable output and protect the machine from overload, SSH10D includes a 2-step hopper mechanism for controlled feeding, helping stabilize current draw and improve flour uniformity. For safer operation and monitoring, it comes with an Auto ON/OFF mechanism plus an AMP meter & optimal cable setup. Installation is simplified because no foundation is required, making it easy to set up in a shop or small production space. As per SSHD series design, SSH10D is configured with no belt or pulley mechanism, reducing wear-and-tear and lowering routine maintenance.
