Mill Power SSH10B (10 HP) Atta Chakki Machine for Small Business is a commercial-grade flour grinding machine designed for high-output production, stable torque, and consistent fineness in continuous operation. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), it is ideal for mini flour mills, grain shops, local atta points, institutional kitchens, and small food-processing units where reliable daily production and low downtime are essential. SSH10B operates on 415V, 50Hz, Three Phase, ensuring smooth running and strong performance under heavy load. With 10 HP power, it delivers up to 100 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) with approx. 7.5 kWh power consumption. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other make.) The machine is built on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure for rigidity and vibration control, and features a durable SS202 cabinet/body structure for hygienic flour handling environments. For consistent grinding quality, SSH10B uses an Aluminium + Stainless Steel grinding mechanism combined with a Stainless Steel Balanced Beater, supporting smooth milling and uniform flour output across multiple grains. Flour fineness can be adjusted using the included 6-screen set with all accessories, enabling texture selection as per customer requirement. To maintain steady output and prevent overload, the machine includes a 2-step hopper mechanism to control feed rate, stabilize current draw, and improve uniformity during continuous grinding. For safety and monitoring, it comes with an Auto ON/OFF mechanism and an AMP meter with optimal cable setup. Installation is simplified because no foundation is required, making it easy to set up in shops and production spaces. As per SSH series configuration, SSH10B is designed for low-maintenance operation, and in SSHD series models this is achieved through a no belt/pulley mechanism, reducing wear-and-tear and routine service needs. Suitable for grinding wheat, rice, maize/corn, millet, ragi, jowar, besan, all types of dal, plus select dry items like small-size black pepper, sugar, and dry leaves (as per dryness and screen selection).
