Product Details
- Demineralized (DM) Water Unit: Raw water goes through reverse osmosis (RO) and deionization processes to achieve zero mineral content.
- Heating System: Water is heated and maintained at a specific temperature (usually around 60°C to 80°C) to dissolve the urea completely.
- Mixing Reactor (SS 304/316): Stainless steel vessels (often with screw conveyors for powder urea) dissolve the urea into the heated water.
- Refractometers & Sensors: Used to precisely check the concentration level to maintain exactly 32.5% urea, which is critical for Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems.
- Filtration System: Multi-stage bag and cartridge filters remove particulate impurities before the product reaches the storage tanks.
